Attended North Idaho College for 2 years.  Obtained an LUTCF ( Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow ) designation in 1993 related to my insurance business.  Have worked in the financial services industry since 1988.  Spent 10 years teaching snow-skiing professionally.  Born and raised in Wallace, ID.  Have lived in CdA since 1982.

 Describe your community involvement:
Current member and past-president (1995-96) of the Coeur d’Alene Rotary Club.  Rotarian of the Year, 1997.  Past Board member for the Coeur d’Alene Library Foundation.  Volunteer at Post Falls Senior Center, 2004 through 2007.  Past Board member of Kootenai Perspectives, 1992.  Past- president of the Spokane River Association 1992.

Describe your employment history for the past 10 years including dates: Have worked in the financial services industry the last 20 years.  The last 10 for Nonini Financial Services.

What are your three priority issues and why:

1. Maintain a healthy economy—A healthy economy is good for workers and a good source of revenue for government to operate on while keeping taxes low.

2. Affordable property taxes—People should be able to plan long-term regarding their homes and not have to worry about rapidly escalating property taxes.
3. Education—Ever child and young adult deserves the opportunity for a great education.  Ample funding is critical to be able to recruit and retain highly qualified teachers and provide the necessary tools to provide that education.
